The development side of the role with involve developing new desktop and web based GIS and database driven applications for clients. You will be part of a small team of developers supporting multiple projects.
The support side of the role will principally involve providing hot-line technical assistance and training to end users of the Software products we supply. You will be able to answer and record details of inbound calls and emails requests and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The position will require occasional travel.

A qualification in Information Technology/related discipline preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience
